The brand was originally built for a startup audience, but as the company scaled into the enterprise space and repositioned itself in the market, the visual identity began to feel outdated and non-competitive. This gap made rebranding essential to better reflect the company’s evolved positioning and ambitions.

I drove the rebranding initiative end-to-end, leading two designers and partnering with the design agency, marketing, product, and leadership to define a cohesive brand direction. The brand was repositioned to embody precision, transparency, innovation, and reliability—evolving from a playful, rebellious startup tone to a more mature and enterprise-focused identity.
There was resistance to changing the logo completely, so keeping the time constraint in mind we evolved it by balancing legacy instead of a full redesign to maintain the brand equity.
The colour palette was simplified to improve accessibility and ensure consistency across both digital and print touch points.





With scalability in mind, the visual style was evolved to reflect the brand’s core attributes—clean, minimal, and precise—supported by a simplified iconography system and cohesive design elements that enhanced the overall look and feel.
With the final rebranding elements in place—including logo, colour palette, typography, and visual assets—we implemented agile principles to manage execution effectively. This helped maintain clarity, prioritize deliverables, and ensure a smooth, on-time launch.
I facilitated alignment across various design assets by creating asset mock-ups that helped stakeholders visualize the new brand direction with the help of two designers. This made it easier to validate the look and feel early on, enabling quicker decision-making and ensuring we stayed on track to meet the launch deadline. As a team of three, we executed the rebrand across key design assets within a week, including website assets, newsletter templates, report covers, social media templates, campaign and webinar banners, employer branding materials, and sales documents and presentations.
Post rebrand we saw a 30% hike in website engagement, significantly improved brand consistency across the assets. Conversion rates increased across newsletters and social channels, helping us acquire new clients.
